Vine HR is looking to welcome a part-time Recruitment Coordinator to our Team.
About VineHR
Based on Vancouver’s North Shore, VineHR specializes in supporting organizations with personalized
recruitment and HR consulting services. Our in-depth industry knowledge and a customized recruiting
approach enables us to build long-lasting relationships with organizations to become their true
"extended" people and culture ambassador.
We are hiring for a newly created Recruitment Coordinator position to enhance both our client and
candidate experience. This part-time position of around 10 hours per week primarily is remote but given
the nature of recruiting you can expect occasional in-person meetings.
The Opportunity
This is an ideal position for someone with prior recruitment experience who is looking to gain more
hands-on experience in the field. While this is a part time role initially (10 hours during the standard
business workweek), there is always the potential for the role to evolve with your career.
The initial role will require you to:
Craft and market appealing job descriptions to attract the best candidates for our clients
Find the perfect fit for our clients through screening and discovery interviews with candidates
Foster great candidate relationships through the search and beyond
Maintain CRM to ensure active and up to date candidate network
Partner with hiring lead to support efficient sourcing of candidates

A solution-focused, collaborative mindset, with the ability to work independently
A sense of curiosity and drive to learn and evolve in your role
A Post-secondary education in relevant field plus 2-3 years of recruitment experience
A high degree of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality is very important to us
A customer-oriented approach and love for supporting individuals in their career journey!
Compensation: $30-50 per hour depending on experience
