During my years in recruitment I have seen HR becoming more and more of an integral part of an organization regardless of size with leaders and business owners discovering how a healthy company culture has a positive impact on staff and how this is crucial for the success of a business.

Having spent 13 years in recruitment, HR, resourcing and talent management, Anna has been fortunate to work with a wide variety of organizations, ranging from start-ups to established corporations. What she realized is that many of the smaller to medium sized businesses’ are not yet at the stage where they can have a dedicated HR & talent function so Anna decided to set-up VineHR to provide this niche support.

Anna’s vision for VineHR is to build long-lasting relationships with  organizations to become their true "extended" people and culture ambassador. She is accustomed to working directly with business owners, entrepreneurs and leadership offering a personable yet effective approach. Being a true people’s person and entrepreneurial at heart as well as business minded, Anna appreciates the need to offer customized solutions depending on the size of company, and perhaps more importantly size of budget!
